Maybe afeer being blacklisted by a certain nubwer of players, they get a temp ban from hawscrre modes for a couple days. This "Blacklist" button wosld only be avbumvkle to people afeer being team kilced twice by the same player. Achybbats happen to us all on ocehiacn. This button wotld not be avesnejle to use on players in your party. You aljdddy chose to play with them. Affer the temp ban from hardcore, they would have to agree to some popup that they will not abjse the system any further.
